This policy explains how David Thomas, doing business as Vibe Greenlight (“Vibe Greenlight”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use vibegreenlight.com and the Vibe Greenlight scanning service.

What we collect

Your email address, the URL you submit, and the optional builder/platform you select
For Pro orders, the test login credentials you provide for the authenticated checks
Order and payment details from Stripe (for example, amount, status, and the email used at checkout). We never receive or store full card numbers.
Scan results: findings, the HTML/PDF report, and screenshots of the pages we tested
Basic technical data needed to run and protect the Service, such as IP address and request logs, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention

How we use it

To run your scan, deliver your report by email, process payment and refunds, respond to you, prevent abuse, and keep the Service working. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Reports and emails are kept for 90 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Pro login credentials are used only to run your authenticated checks and are deleted within 7 days of the scan completing.
Payment and order records may be kept longer where needed for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

Processors

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Vibe Greenlight:

Stripe: payment processing
Resend: sending report and notification emails
Cloudflare: website hosting, DNS, security, and email forwarding
Hetzner: server hosting for the scanning service and report storage

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including deleting a report early, by emailing [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
